Equinox Workshop - Essential Nature

At the root of our greatest self-expression is our radical essential nature. To realise what form our expression will take we need to work from the inside out to explore and discover who we are - you are not who you think you are :-) - before we can deserve our dreams and make our vision real.

We'll explore, discover and begin to define and experiment with your essential nature with practical, playful and grounded practices. 

This workshop will include a talk, worksheets and somatic work. This is intentional deep diving experiential work to help begin to recall and reclaim all parts of yourself. Dress comfortably in layers. Have pen and paper, water, yoga mat and cushion.
